Transfer a vehicle 過戶

• Vehicle license-行照
• Plate registration certificate(scooter is unnecessary)-車主聯(機車不需要)
•  The ID or ARC of original owner-原車主之身分證或居留證
•  The ID or ARC of new owner-新車主之身分證或居留證
•  Compulsory insurance card(Effective date must more than 30 days)-強制險證(須有辦理時超過30日以上之新車主強制險證)
•  The seals of new and original owners(It’s not necessary that you are in person.)-雙方印章(臨櫃親辦者可以簽名代替)

備註 Attention！

• 如為第三人代辦,則代辦人亦需持身分證,新舊車主另備健保卡或駕照
   If vehicle seller and buyer are not in person, the agent /attorney take their IDs, seals and agent’s ID
• 機車出廠逾5年(汽車10年),則需臨時檢驗;本站無受理汽車檢驗,請就近至豐原監理站或臺中區監理所辦理
   The scooter of manufacture is more than 5 years(car10 years), your scooter needs to take inspection. There is no inspection about car here, please go to other motor vehicle office such as Taichung motor vehicle office (Dadu district)or Fengyuan motor vehicle station.
• 違規.欠稅.欠費應先行結清
   First, you should deal with your traffic violation and fuel fee / vehicle plate tax.
• 汽車規費:200元
   It costs two hundred dollars.
• 機車規費:150元
   It costs one hundred fifty dollars.

   If you change your name and ID number, you need to prepare your household registration transcript.

• 如有動保登記,則須先行至貸款公司開立同意書,再至設定監理單位辦理變更登記
  If you have car loan, first you must go to financial company to apply for approval. Then, you go motor vehicle office again to change your name.

Suspension of Use 停駛

備註 Attention！

• 限停駛1年內復駛
   The period of suspension is no longer than one year. If the period is greater than one year, the plate will be cancelled.

Resumption of Use 復駛

• The suspension registration form-停駛異動單

備註 Attention！

• 復駛限於原申請停駛之監理單位辦理
   For resumption application, you must go to the same motor vehicle office. 
• 車輛停駛有以下情形之一者,應先繳檢驗費,經檢驗合格者,始得復駛:
   There are following situation about your vehicle. Your vehicle need to take inspection. 
  1. 停駛期間逾三個月
     For resumption applications, the vehicle which is overdue the periodic inspection or remains suspended for over three months should charge the fee and pass the inspection.
  2. 車輛逾十年,停駛中過戶迄未臨檢(本項不收檢驗費)
     The vehicle which was suspension of use for transferring didn’t pass one-site inspection.
  3. 已逾指定檢驗日期者
     The vehicle which was suspension of use is overdue inspection.
  4. 因機件損壞原因辦理損壞報停者
     Because of broken vehicle, you have applied for suspension of use.

Revocation 繳銷

•  Motorcycle plate-車牌

• New license plate registration form. If you don’t have the form, you need to pay fifteen dollars to get this. -領牌登記書(如無,則須補)

Apply for vehicle cancellation 報廢

• Vehicle plate-車牌(汽車2面,機車1面)

備註 Attention！

• 車牌若遺失,應先行至警局辦理失竊登記,再持失竊單至監理單位辦理
   If your vehicle plate is lost, you should go to police office to apply for lost plate certificate. Then you take the certificate issued by the police to motor vehicle office. 
• 違規.欠費應先結清
   First, you should deal with your traffic violation and fuel fee / vehicle plate tax. 
• 車輛需回收，不能再使用
   Vehicles need to be recycled, can’t use anymore.

Temporary license plate 臨時牌

• Revocation. Cancellation document or termination of use document.-繳.註銷異動單或停駛單
•  Temporary plate application form.-臨時牌申請單
•  The ID or ARC of original owner. Seal-車主身分證或居留證.印章
• The ID of agent-代辦人身分證

備註 Attention！

• 繳.註銷申領臨時牌一次以5日為限;停駛申領臨時牌一次以3日為限
   Because of revocation , you apply for temporary plate within five days. Because of termination of use, you apply for temporary plate within three days. 
• 申領臨時牌天數總計以15日為限
   Apply for temporary plate within fifteen days in total.
