Since 1 January of Year 2013, matters relating to traffic violations and fines adjudication in Taichung City have been transferred to the Taichung City Traffic Adjudication Office. Please visit that office for such matters.
Traffic Ticket Prosecution If you received a violation ticket, but the vehicle was driven by someone else. Before the expiration date, please provide us with the following documents:
- The seals of the vehicle owner and driver.
- The driver’s license of the actual driver.
- The original violation ticket and photo evidence; After filling out all information, please submit the to the General Mail Room.
Traffic Violation Inquiry If you have received an adjudication notice but not the original traffic ticket:
Our Office provides the traffic fine inquiry service if you have not received your ticket. We can Help you check the ticket's delivery date and expiration date. Our computer system offers an exclusive traffic violation inquiry service.
If you have any doubt as to whether the traffic ticket was delivered, please file a written application (appeal). We will consult the reporting authority and then respond to you by mail.
To facilitate the processing of your application, please provide your license plant number and the traffic ticket number, or a copy of the adjudication notice. Additionally, you can pay your finevia credit card.
