• Exit National Freeway #1 at Zhonggang Interchange and head for Shalu and Taichung Port. After passing by Tunghai University, turn left following the road signs to Youyuan Rd. Go down the road to reach the Taichung Motor Vehicles Office.
• Exit National Freeway #1 at Nantun Interchange and take Wuquan W. Rd. toward Taichung Industrial Park. Turn left to Anhe Rd., turn right to Zhongtai Rd., and pass by Ling Tung University. Go down the road following the road signs to reach the Taichung Motor Vehicles Office.
• Exit National Freeway #3 at Longjing Interchange and take Xiangshang Rd. for Dadu and Taichung. Turn right following the road signs to Youyuan Rd., which leads to the Taichung Motor Vehicles Office.

• Take Taichung Bus No. 323 at Taichung Railway Station and get off at the terminal station. You will then arrive at the Taichung Motor Vehicles Office.
