    Payment Methods

    • Date：2026-05-04
    • A service fee will be charged for each payment made via credit card (calculated per vehicle and year). For the exact service fee amount, Please contact your card issuing bank.
    • Pay via the Motor Vehicle Driver Information Service (MVDIS) website (https://www.mvdis.gov.tw/m3-emv-eng/) or the MVDIS App.
    • Please bring the payment notice for the Highway Usage, Maintenance, and Safety Management Charges to a financial institutes, post offices, convenience stores (FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, Hi-Life, OK-Mart), or Motor Vehicles Offices to make your payment.
    • Make a payment via telephone transfer (transfer hotline: 412-1366, then dial your user code + 169#) by following the voice instructions to enter the relevant infomation.
    • If you hold a demand deposit account with any financial institution, you may apply for automatic payment via bank transfer. Simply fill out the direct debit authorized agreement for the  Highway Usage, Maintenance, and Safety Management Charges attached to your payment notice, and mail it in a stamped envelope to your local supervisory authority. Payment will be automatically deducted from your account starting from the next billing cycle.
